Managed webinar services
TPG are able to provide a professional webinar service whilst using these existing platforms, allowing your speakers to communicate to thousands of attendees at one time.
Our event team will co-ordinate the webinar, starting with online presenter rehearsals to ensure all speakers are comfortable with the technology and to ensure optimum picture and sound quality prior to the live event. As with a normal event we can fully produce these webinars – acting as the host to control all outputs. This includes PowerPoint, video files and speaker spotlighting and leaves your speakers free to concentrate on the delivery of their content and ensures a seamless viewing
Our services can also include the moderation of audience engagement. Selecting key questions from the Q&A tools and promoting attendees to panellists midsession is a dynamic tool that ensures engagement and breaks the barrier between speaker and delegate.

TPG are able to offer exhibition solutions for clients who want to demonstrate or promote their products via our online virtual services.
Working with you to build a branded virtual solution or live environment in a studio, your reach can become global compared to an exhibition stand environment. For more complex exhibitions which have multiple vendors, we can create a digital 3D branded platform for your delegates to explore. As we are all able to start meeting each other physically again, we expect that the Hybrid Event will be a popular choice.
